Our Approach

We provide a complete service from initial design to finished home. You can choose how much or how little you need.

• Design Our in-house chartered architect can turn your dreams into drawing, working closely with you and our building team to choose the right materials for your location and your budget. From drawings and planning applications to building warrants and structural requirements - everything that needs to be completed will be done by Chapman Homes.
• Project Management When you work with Chapman Homes, you will be allocated a Site Manger and a Surveyor who will look after all aspects of the construction of your new home. They will give you a programme of works and a monthly progress report so that you always know what's happening. You can meet them for regular site visits to check out the quality of the work and the progress for yourself.
• Cost Certainty Because Chapman Homes can take care of every step, you can achieve cost certainty. With an architect, surveyor, site manager and our own team of reliable tradesmen all working closely with you, you will be aware of the projected costs at every stage, making it easier to control costs and stick to your budget.
